ABOUT ME
MISSION:
In the grand scheme of things, our mission is more than just the jobs we've had.
Even though that's the case, I'm so glad to have had all the jobs I've had, because it gave me a broad perspective on many industries and personalities. I've had the privilege of working in:
-
Recruiting at one of the big4 accounting firms
-
HR at an aerospace engineering company
-
Marketing/Events at a major bank
-
10+ years in high fashion
I've been coaching now for almost 5 years.
In my opinion, two of the most important things to ask a coach when you're thinking of working with them are:
-
Their coaching superpower/speciality
-
Their mission
So many people think they are coaches, but often they are just people who love to give advice (aka. project their opinions, thoughts, and life experience on others). A true coach understand their impact.
MY COACHING SUPEROWER
I had a profound moment one evening when I decided to have a cabin trip in the middle of nowhere where suddenly, this clarity came over me. My coaching superpower is that I believe in people so much so, especially when they don't yet believe in themselves, that they develop an ability to believe in themselves deeply.
This is why I have a strict rule of only working with clients that I believe in. When there's a fit, previously thought unbelievable things happen in the lives of my clients. I could tell stories upon stories.
MY MISSION
All of our stories are unique. Mine has led me to have a calling to work with the wounded feminine. I can tell you more over a call, but from a young age, I've had this calling and it's only been the last 2 years where I've really been able to own and embody this calling.
In order for the wounded feminine to heal, it requires the presence and safety of a healthy masculine.
I've worked my whole life to understand the masculine and feminine and I'm so grateful now that I get to be on this mission and fulling this calling. It's been the most rewarding jounrey.

Also, just for shits and giggles, a big part of me is an assessment junkie. So i figured, I can share my results and let them do most of the describing so you can learn more about me:
